How Do I Treat Pus In The Eyes Of A 2 Week Old Kitten?

Give him the mildest possible eye drops medicines usually available with the drug store and make sure to visit a vet. Don't worry he will be ok.

You can use a warm wet washrag and wipe the kittens eyes. You can also put eye drops in the cats eyes. But the main thing I would do is take the kitten to the vet.

Use a warm wash cloth I have had lots of kittens. DO NOT touch the kittens with your bare hands, the oil from your hands will cause this. Put a barrier between you and the kitten when picking them up like a cloth or gloves. Wait until the eyes have cleared up for about 2 weeks or until the kitten is about 7 weeks old before you touch them with you bare hands again ( not all kittens but most of them have this problem.) I really don't think the vet is necessary if you do this.
