Which One Is A Better Deal To Use, #1 Or #2 ?

I am making margaritas. I have two containers of margarita mix in which to purchase. Each has the same amount of liquid inside 1.75L 1)Costs $12.00 per bottle and contains 13% Alc./Vol (tequila) 2)Costs $6.00 per bottle and contains no tequila. I would have to add my own tequila separately, and that bottle is 1L and costs $16.00. When making the margaritas, I typically use one half the bottle of tequila for one bottle of mix.

The way I see it, if you mix the drink yourself you would have to buy one bottle of Tequila and one bottle of mix.  16 + 6 is 22.  The bottle that already contains the Tequila is ready...is that right?  I don't drink so I'm not sure but I'm thinking you only have to add ice.  Therefore you only have to pay $12.  Now if you wanted to double this, the pre-mix would be $24 and the one you have to mix yourself would be $28.  Because you use two bottle of the mix for one bottle of tequila so that would be 16 + 6 + 6 = 28.  Deal #1-$24 would be better than deal #2- $28.
