    You need to be patient and practice real hard in order to jump high and dunk the basketball. You should start with increasing your vertical leap. You can do this buy practicing repetitive jumping motions, where you try and reduce the number of times you touch the floor in between leaps. You should over load your legs and other body parts with progressive weight. In addition to this you need to complete 2 to 3 sets of calf rises with your heel hanging over the edge of the chair. Lastly you need to practice jumping and handling the ball.
