What Is A Disk Defragmenter And How Does It Work?

When files are stored on a hard drive they are stored as non sequential pieces scattered across the drive; which is known as fragmented file. The fragmented file consumes lot of time of a computer to put together. When a file is defragmented, the computer gathers all the file pieces and puts them into one place which makes computer processing fast and defragmenter does all this process.
