What Is The Average Height, Weight, Dress Size Etc. For Teenage Girls?

I personally believe it depends on the height of the teenager, but most of all what her doctor says about it. I think that if your doctor tells you that you're on the good track, you shouldn't start a new big diet thing... Just make sure you are healthy and happy!

It all depends on what kind of frame your body has. For example, a teen girl might be 5'6 and weigh 160 lbs and not look over-weight because she has a larger frame.
I recommend seeing a regular doctor if you want to know more about this.

I am 14 and im 5'8 my dress size is a 2 and i weigh 132 i have friends that are my height or taller that weigh less

Well I'm 15 and I weigh 5"5, weigh 120, and I'm a size 3 in dresses.
But the average is 63-67 inches 115-120 (according to sites)

Personally - I am 14 and my friendy sitting next to me called Lucy is 13 , and she is a size 6-8 , but i am 8-10 , i thiink for girls my age i think a size 8-10 is good, Obviously some people are born thin, but i dont think any girl should diet massivley, but if you are not happy in your own body then obivously do.
