    Crocodiles mostly are part in the hot northern regions of Australia. Basically there are two types of crocodiles, the Estuarine, which is a saltwater crocodile and the other one being Johnson's which are fresh water crocodiles.

    The Estuarine Crocodile, which mainly lives in the sea, can live quite far up the river in the fresh water. It is quiet a dangerous crocodile, from the crocodile family, being the strongest, heaviest and biggest. The Estuarine crocodile can grow anywhere between four to seven meters long.

    The Johnson's crocodile grows nearly up three meters long and is considered equally dangerous though it does not attack humans. Crocodiles are born with long narrow snouts; the 4th tooth of the lower jaw is generally outside when the mouth is shut. Their scales usually transform to form thick hard skin.
