Best to check with a vet on this one. I would recommend bag balm, but don't think you can get it where you are

My wife works with a vet and that sounds like the beginnings of an infection called mange.  You need to get the puppies to a vet right away and it is contagious (to other dogs). The treatment is simple and does NOT cost much money.  Mange can kill young puppies quickly and is is very uncomfortable - so please get them help right away!!  Hopefully it is something much less harmful and they will not be harmed ;-)

Doesnt mange have a foul smell though...i am having the same problem..I have almost 6mth old docson/chiiiiwawaw:) mix..Up until the past month and a half everything was great! Then out of nowhere, the female(Gabby) started losing hair on the back of her left side, the boy (Cooper) is not losing hair, but He is all white and since this has all been going on his skin is bright pink,he has a large excessive amount of ear wax,and the tip of his ears seem to be more hot than i ever noticed b4
