Is Any Of You Currently Using Abilify To Treat Bi-Polar Disorder?

It was wonderful, but I have recently weaned myself off of meds as things got better for me after taking abilify.

My son is schizo-affective, meaning bi-polar but due to chronic psychosis a bit of schizo...........he has been doing lots better than ever as was mis-diagnosed for years. Plus has been put on an injection every 2 weeks to control the psychosis & takes tablet so lots of meds as well. But not sure may sound stupid but what is abilify exactly plz thanks. Friend
Abilify is a great med,but it only works for so long at least in my case so I was prescribed Prolixin,so far so good,but I don't take it everyday just when needed.
