What Happens If You Click The Bone In Your Knuckles Over 100 Times A Day?
Please could you answer this question because my friend clicks her knuckles about 100 times a day but is worried what is going to happen. She has been clicking them for about 4 years. Thankyou xx

ARTHRITIS! I knew someone with the same problem. Now he can barely move his fingers without pain. Tell your friend that his or her hands could become disfigured' and trust me its nothing pretty!

I also "crack" my knuckles everyday...not 100 times or even close. And I have done it since I was a teen, I am now close to 50. The only place I seem to have arthritis is in my thumb which I do NOT "crack". If I don't "crack" my knuckles, my hands feel stiff and almost as if they are being pushed out of socket.....cracking" or "clicking" as you are calling it, relieves that feeling.
