As per any documentation, websites aren't that easy to locate as some of them feature pirated content, which I am sure is not your aim.

The means to locate an e-book is to first download a torrent handler, such as download accelerators or azures go to download.com for that software.

Then follow the link to www.isohunt.com and locate the e-book you are looking for. Although I must say it will be a difficult find because VB.Net can be used to manipulate the oracle environment but it is seemingly unprecedented to do it the other way around, as VB.Net can compile any form of code to accomplish any task, whereas Oracle is a strictly RDBMS.

You can create object connection databases in VB.Net to accomplish such a task. Maybe such a routine has escaped my attention that allows VB.Net to be used in Oracle but none the less, if it exists, you can locate it through the above method as it has a large multitude of e-books.

If the above site is unfruitful, you can open google.com and search "VB.Net E-books torrent" just copy and paste this string into the search bar, you should be able to locate the said e-book if it exists.
