Why Can It Be A Good Thing To Be Wheat And Gluten Intolerant?

    If you are wheat and gluten intolerant, it is likely that the type of food that you cannot eat are a lot of types of food that are bad for you.
    For instance, pies, pastries, batter, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza of any kind of variety, cakes, biscuits, bread, toast, pastas, a lot of these things would make a coeliac ill (that's the name of someone with an allergy to gluten).

    This can be a good thing if you want to lose weight because your body just can't tolerate this type of junk any longer.  There are of course things like chocolate, but if you can cut that out and begin exercising three times per week, you will find that you have even lost weight.

    Avoiding these types of food are likely to mean that you can't eat a lot of deep fried food, or food that are likely to be bad for you in your later years.  Shame it can't do anything about my craving for friend rice, kebab meat and full English breakfasts!
