Can Microsoft Office Still Work While Using Linux?

    If you leave a windows partition, you can use it
    in linux there is a program called wine (Windows Emulator) that runs windows programs under linux, I have not tried office.
    You may use a virtual machine to access your windows partition

    You do not need it, you have Open Office Suite, for windows linux, and many other OS.

    There are also, other ways to write documents with more professional look.
    Linux often includes LaTeX     see:  Http://ctan.org
