Sushi is generally very healthy. If served in a good restaurant with chefs who know what they are doing. If you're eating it from a grocery store in some land locked state, sure I'd pass on it. But if you're by the coast where you've got good fresh fish and real Japanese sushi places. Eat up, it's extremely good for you. Just keep the soy sauce down.
