Is There Such A Thing Called Month To Month Lease?
My real estate agent asked if i wanted to sign a month to month lease.

Yes, there is. My landlord offers it but the monthly rate is higher than it is for a yearly lease. Month to month can be a good idea if you are thinking of moving to another area or trying to buy a house, as you don't have to worry about trying to break a yearly lease or having to wait until the term of the lease is up. This sort of lease might be good for you or it might not, depending on your situation. As always, read the entire thing before agreeing to sign it.
