    Cache Creek is a junction community that lies 350km northeast of the city of Vancouver. Canada. The creek falls on the Trans-Canada Highway. It lies in the province of British Columbia near the junction of the North Bound Highway 97. The creek originated from the intersection of the Cariboo Wagon Road and road to the Savona's Ferry on the Kamloops Lake. The name of the river is apparently derived from a cache or a hidden supply. The trade goods depot used by the fur traders on the either side of the Hudson's Bay Company or its rival company the 'Northwest Company'.    

    The regional district of the Cache Creek is Thompson Nicola. The total area of the Cache Creek is about 10.57 km². The creek was incorporated in the year 1959.
