Babies usually have no teeth at birth BUT babies have been born with 1 or 2 teeth so it is incorrect to say none.

My boy had one of his front lower teeth when born. He is now almost 6 and it has yellowed and is much smaller than the rest. A one in 10,000 occurrence they told me.
