Record Video Game Footage? Is There Another Way I Can Record My Gameplay In HD Using A DVD Recorder?
Hey I'm looking to purchase a DVD Recorder and want to be able to record my Video Game Play in HDMI. I can't seem to find a DVD recorder that has both HDMI-Input and HDMI output. Is there another way I can record my Gameplay in HD using a DVD recorder. How do I set it up and such? No I am not getting Dazzle! I want a DVD recorder.

It all depends on the system and game but there is a program that you can buy at almost any electronic store. you simply have to download it onto your comp. And find the right cable connect your comp to the system and play use the comp to select record or standby when all is done you can burn it onto and hdmi disc. But... If your comp doesnt burn hdmi you with have to get a newer graphics card and be sure that you buy hdmi compatible discs to burn the game fotage onto in the long run it will be hard to set up but after everything is good to go that its just the basics other than that I don't know of any other way to do it with out using illegal sofware but....
