Both cocaine and oxycotines are tested for drug dependence. The metabolites of these drugs can stay for longer durations especially in obese and chronic users. Drinking too much liquids and exercise will increase the body metabolism and also might speed up the drug excretion. But there are many studies which tell that this can not help. There are many over the counter drugs like detox which claim to be effective in speeding up the drug excretion but without any scientific evidence. So take one of these medicines and try your luck.
