I assume you want to rip a movie which is on a dvd+rw and then want to play it on your pc.For this you will need special softwares called DVD rippers.The best are "dvdxcopy" and "dvdtox".You can also copy contents from your dvd+rw like folders "Audio ts" and "Video ts" and view individual files which have extensions .vob in
