      No But it those not make a a difference cause either way in the relationship there is someone that wants it and law states you cannot force a person to be with you if they don't want. So if who ever those not want to sign  there is a time frame and if that person those not sign the attorney automatic gives it to the judge and the judge will grant the automatic divorce. Who ever likes it or not. The judge is the law.
