I don't know how could you get that for free but you could find something useful and not so expensive in the libraries. The kids love the brand new sheets with colors and visual elements. It helps them learn easier. I saw some of them in my country, I believe that you can also find something in yours.
When I was little I had a book in which the numbers were also represented by real things, for example 1 it was a flag.
You could also try a riddle book. It helps for the imagination of the little growing ones.
