    My Golden Retriever Just Had Pups 10 Days Ago. Can The Mother Get Pregnant Again Now?

    My golden retriever just gave birth 10 days ago, the male dad acts like he wants to get it on with her. If they do it will she get pregnant now so soon after giving birth?

    No... In about 6 months she'll go into heat again.
    Chances are if he tries now,,, she'll take his head off (metaphorically speaking).
