Do Radioactive Cats Have 18 Half Lives?

Yes, but you have to remember that if it is radioactive, it also suffers from radioactive decay. So if you observe its lifetime, you will see that it will initially lose most of its lives, but the rate of decay will then decrease exponentially. Even after it reaches less than one life, an essence of that radioactive cat will exist as a decimal life which approaches zero as time goes to infinity. The only way to protect yourself from a radioactive cat is to send it to a radioactive cat shelter, which shields its radiation with its concrete.

I'm not sure it would be 18 half lives. Would it not be nine half lives? Or, to be more precise, eight half lives based on the assumption that the cat had lost one of its nine lives getting radioactive in the first place?
Radioactive cats are not something we encounter in everyday life, so it's difficult to say. And quite how this cat got radioactive is open to conjecture. It's not like you can wander into a nuclear reactor unchallenged. Though cats do like keeping warm.

If it lived through radioactive exposure, then it would have the ever lasting power of the roach< and like the roach it would be invensable, bald but invensable. You have to admit it would be awesome to have a living nigtlight, the power goes out all you have to do is grab kitty and through the breaker. I could also see kitty as the life of a party. You would never have to worry about stepping on her at night. You wouldn't need a guard dog, kitty would inject you with radiation from her teeth and claws. Instantly causing you baldness. It would be interesting to see the kitty litter, at least once:)
