I recently had to abruptly stop taking Vyvanse, as I am not sure if the pharmacist put all of the medication in the bottle, I was missing exactly about 15 (should have been 30 pills).  Sounds strange, but I never count medication, if I hear the bottle shake with pills, I don't think about it at all.  Of course, it is a controlled substance, so I could not get a new script filled until the month was up.  I was taking 40mgs.  I experienced a severe migraine, and was in the er a few days later.  I experienced fatigue, nasua, vomiting as well.  I am prone to migraines, but vomiting, was a new symptom.
