I am 36 years, my eye sight is getting weaker. I cannot concentrate on my aims while shooting, they are blurring. Also my eyes get swollen and itchy. Am i loosing my sight?

Normally the eyesight deteriorates after 40 years but in people taking good diet, this time can be extended. I have seen some 80 years old with perfect eyesight. On the other hand, I am also seeing kids with weak eyesight. It all happens because of poor diet and deficiency of vitamins.
In your case, continuously seeing the monitor screen can weaken your eyesight. I suggest you to use LCD and also if you are using monitor then use screen protection.
