    I'm Using A Merge To Letter Documents Getting Data From Access Database As Data Source, Everything Is OK, But When I Merge To A New Document I Got A Very Large Fractions In A Numeric Fields Like ( 123.000000000007 ) A Two Fractions Digits Is Enough.

    Try going into the query that you are using to generate the figure, and look at it in design view. Go to the criteria option at the bottom and right click. Now go to the properties and the format option. Once here select the currency option and try the merge again. Hope that helps.
