    One of the best ways in which you can get the best sleep every night is making sure that you not only go to your bed at the same time each night but also wake up every day, counting weekends, at the same time. You need to so this even if you feel didn't get enough sleep as it helps condition the body's internal clock to sleep at night. It would be helpful to develop a regular bedtime routine. Keep the room quiet, dark and use it strictly for sleeping or making love.

    After 30 minutes in bed, if you're still not sleepy, go to some other room. You can sit quietly or do some boring activity for roughly 20 minutes and then try to sleep again.

    Also bear in mind that it may be a medical problem so if sleeping problems persist, a check up with your family physician may be required. Finally, this may sound silly, but make sure you are at peace with yourself and everyone around.
