    Well this question needs deliberations. I can write long on it but the short story is that these all rights and powers are stated in the country's law which can be very easily molded and changed on will by the politicians in charge.

    In my opinion, President shouldn't have such a right and the elected assemblies should complete their tenure. The powers of a president should be limited and in accordance to the law of democracy.
