    Can I Cash A Check For Benefit Of My Name On Check?

    Decided not to roll over a 401k check it has paid to the company that i was going to roll it to and fbo with my name. Can i cash this check?

    If it is cross cheque on your name then you can't cash it. It can only be transferred to your account. Your account name must be the same as on the cheque, otherwise it will be a problem to deposit the cheque.
