I demonstrated initiative when I created spreadsheets for bus drivers in order to help me teach them the routes and then let them help themselves using the speadsheets,which in turn increased the revenue being paid out to other drivers helping pilot the new drivers and decreasing the amount of complaints because of wrong fare being paid, or being delayed due the bus driver getting lost on route.
