    Can An Employer Ask You To Call In Sick On Another Job?

    My employer is asking me to call in sick on my second job so that i can work longer for them. Is That legal?

    Well, he can ask all he wants, that doesn't mean that you have to. Unless he is threatening you with your job with him, then that isn't a good idea for him to be doing. If you fear losing your other job, then I would think before letting this boss make that decision for you. He should be considerate of your other job. You can call the labor board and talk to them about it, they are there to help after all. Hope this helps, good luck.
