The view about the three pillars of Leadership can vary depending upon the type of leadership. For example, according to one approach these pillars include Focus, Feedback and Delegation. These three things are very important for the success of a leader. According to the most common belief the three pillars of leadership include Knowing Yourself, Knowing Your People and Knowing your Organization. I think this is the most accurate things which are necessary for any leader to be successful. For example, "knowing yourself" can highlight the positive and negative attributes of the leader. A leader if knows about his strengths and weaknesses can better improve his qualities. Similarly, without knowing the followers, a leader can never be successful. Therefore, it is considered as the second important pillar of the leader. Another pillar of leadership is "Knowing your organization" like vision and mission of the organization to which the leader is representing.
