When the cats are in heat, they start "spraying" on the furniture, walls and ground, in order to invite the male cats. Spraying does not smell like urine, because other fluids are also mixed with the urine in it.

It probably is pee, unspayed females will often pee to mark their territory in hopes of attracting a mate.
If you are not a registered breeder please get your kitty spayed ASAP, leaving her unspayed and cycling in and out of heat can cause Pyometra which can kill her.
