Yes, you really need to go to the doctor to make sure it isn't mastitis, which is an infection in the bone behind the ear or meningitis (both are very serious!) besides you may need antibiotics to treat your ear infection. Best wishes:)

I have been on antibotic for about a month now it is just getting worst
Please see your doctor again, you need a different antibiotic or different form of treatment, and to make sure the infection hasn't spread! See a different doctor if this one isn't helping you. Good luck:)
