Your HDTV Wonder is very versatile, and offers you a host of advantages. It can be used as a monitor by connecting the VGA cord if it has a 15-pin connector. If it does not support the use of a VGA cord, you can even use it as a monitor by combining your VGA cable and DVI converter.
You can also connect your Pioneer PDP-436PU HDTV or your HDTV Wonder to your Dell Computer with a NVIDIA Riva TNT2 Model 64 video card which only has a 15 pin female. This can be used as monitor and you can even use it to play video games. You will have to, however, check if your HDTV wonder also supports the connection of a 15-pin male to the components output converter. If you wish, you could also connect your computer to your HDTV using a long cable, so that all the programs which are loaded onto the desktop of your computer appear on your HDTV screen.
