What If My Landlord Leaves My Personal Information In My Door Unsecured?

my landlord has left information that is priviledged and should be secure shoved in my door-jamb, unsecured/unsealed where anyone can read or steal it

    This is a shady area, because typically, they are supposed to hand deliver, mail or send any documents through a currier.

    Sometimes it's considered hand delivered if they shove it in the door. I would go to the courthouse and talk to someone there who might be able to help you out with landlord/tenant laws.

    You have rights, just like he/she does, and this form of delivery is not supposed to be the proper way. You could tell your landlord that in the future these documents are to be delivered in the traditional manner.
