Prolapsed uterus often makes it difficult for the dogs to deliver litter. I would suggest you to get her spayed before she enter her next heat cycle. But anyhow, if you want her to get more puppies, make sure she is out of danger and has recovered the problem of prolapsed uterus completely. In that case, you can go for Ovariohysterectomy. This treatment will help her to have safe litter delivery, with less difficulty.
