Donald Eugene Webb is a fugitive on the FBI's 'Ten Most Wanted' list. He has been on the infamous list for longer than any other criminal since it's creation in 1950. He has been absconding for over a quarter of a century. He was born on the 14th of July 1931, in Oklahoma. He is alleged to have killed a police officer, Gregory Adams, in December 1980, in Saxonbury, Pennsylvania.
Before turning to crime he had a number of honest jobs, working as a restaurant manager, butcher, vending machine repairman and salesman. He gained a lot of knowledge during his stint as a jewellery salesman. It is believed that this marked the turning point when he started committing crimes.
At the time he arrived in Saxonburg, he was wanted for his suspected role in a jewellery burglary in Colonie, New York. He allegedly shot police officer Gregory Adams the same day.
