When puppies are feeding on mother milk then they are using immunity from the mother and usually don't require vaccination. All researchers are agreed that puppies should get their first puppy shot at the age 6-8 weeks. After this, booster vaccines should be given after every 3-4 weeks until the age of 16 weeks.
