How Can You Stop Nightmares?

    No caffeine after 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I drink some tea after that time of the day, and I get the nightmares, something fierce. You can do things to relax yourself, like reading something funny before you go to sleep. Try warm milk, or just water. There are really many things that you can do to calm yourself before bed.       I also used to have it but the way i stopped it was by thinking of something that you like most like sports or any other thing. It would be better if you get tired all day because when you get to bed  you'll have sleep instantly and you'll not even see a dream. Try reading before going to bed and try warn liquid but do not try tea and coffee.... Hope this helps
