What Is The Weight For A Female 5'5?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A good way to determine the ideal weight for a certain height is by calculating the Body mass Index, BMI which basically calculates the suitable weight for the person’s height. A BMI between 18.25 and 23 is considered to be normal. For a female with the height of 5 feet and five inches or 165.1 centimeters, the normal weight range is between 50 to 62 kilograms or 110 to 137 pounds. Anything above this range is considered to be obesity. If you are above or below this weight range then your BMI will be outside its normal range. If you want to compare it with others who have the same height as you than the average weight for a 165 centimeters tall female is 125 pounds.
