I am not working at all right now and agreed to try to save this puppy , I cannot afford a vet. Can you please help me with my problem?

Puppies can fade away quickly once they start having problems. This puppy needs veterinary attention, probably needs to be tube fed, and aggressive supportive care. I do think the best chance for this puppies survival is help from a veterinarian. I would contact local shelters and rescue groups for help. Many shelters have a clinic for stray or orphaned animals, and some have low cost or income based clinics. Rescue groups may have some money to help this pet too. These groups can show you how to tube feed puppies--when done wrong can cause more harm that good.
Raising orphaned puppies and kittens from a very young age is often unsuccessful even if you've done everything right. All you can do is try your best with the resources you have.

Have you given him puppy formula ? (You can find it at Petsmart). Be sure he is kept warm at all times, and given lots of attention. He might need a hot water bottle near him to keep warm, as he is probably too young to completely regulate his own body temperature.
Also, if you happen to know of a dog in the area that is nursing, you could see if it will take yours in to nurse. Often they will. Try running a free ad on Craigslist (www.craigslist.com) and see if someone will respond to help you out.
