What Did Bill Clinton Do As President?

1) genicidal sanctions that killed 1.5 million iraq people.   2) the murders of 80 some odd americans in waco.   3) the killing of a mother in ruby bidge ( shot dead while holding her baby in her arms ), and the shooting of a 13 year old boy walking with his dog on his own property, ( shot in his back).

A person as a President of United States is responsible for a great number of things and can accomplish a lot of things during his tenure. Bill Clinton was the 42nd president of United States. It is during his tenure that United States experienced the longest peace time expansion in the history of the country.

He was also involved in a sex scandal known as Monica Lewinsky scandal where it was revealed that Clinton had a short time sexual relationship with a twenty two year old intern in White House named Monica Lewinsky. This incident created a big furore and led to the investigation on this matter followed by the impeachment of the President but he was acquitted by the United States Senate and went on to complete his term as a President.

Bill Clinton cut the welfare, put more police on the streets, built prisons, stepped up the war on drugs, expanded the death penalty, and balanced the budget. However, he was unable to get health insurance for all Americans, change the way we paid for political campaigns, or do much of anything for schools. The Clinton administration brought warring parties together and they agreed to stop killing each other. He also helped negotiate agreements between Israel and its Arab neighbors.
