    Tesco PLC is a fairly huge organization and i agree with you that its organizational structure is very complex. It all depends on how much information you get about its BOD and hirearchy of employees. The usual structure would be BOD on the top, then the CEO, followed by the department heads and then the middle managers, followed by line managers and the normal work force.
