My bf and I are going to the Bahamas in June and I'm not satisfied with my body I'm 160 pounds and I'm 19 years old but I'm 5 ft 11" or really tall, iplay basketball, volleyball, soccer, and I cheer. I still want to look nice. Please help me find a successful work out plan...

I believe you are not too far from your ideal weight. However, you need a lot of determination for working out to lose this weight. Try the following
- Start your day by running or walking fast for a hour
- Have a whole breakfast including milk and fruits
- skip the lunch munch on fruits instead
- Join a gym in the evening for specific body toning
- Eat Dinner that includes proteins but no cholesterol or excess of fibers
- No snacks between the meals
- lots and lots of water and fresh unsweetened juices

Ok, you want to lose 54lbs from 160 and weigh 106lbs and your 5 11'? First off, its not gonna happen. Your bones and muscle probably weigh more than 106. And secondly, at 160 and 5 11' your probably skin and bones as it is. I'm sure you look a lot better than you think you do. If it were possible for you to lose that much you would look terrible, trust me. Only Goofy has that build. BF's like a little junk in the trunk, really!
