    Do Both Payees Have To Sign When The Bonds Have Two Names?

    My daughter has series EE savings bonds and she is wanting to cash them in, they are made out iin her name or mine, Do we both have to sign them, and what is needed to redeem them?

    Yes both payees' consent is necessary on the redemption of bond by endorsement of signature
