In Private Health Insurance Dose The Private Plan Have To Send Money To The Provider?

Do private plan send money to the provider?

Yes, that is why providers are willing to take private health insurance. Doctors may be good people but they need to pay their bills.  Private insurance companies receive "claim forms" from the providers after they provide services to a patient.  These insurers then send payment to the provider.

This is generally true, but really depends on the type of plan, the way it is set up , who provided services (in or out of network provider) and
whether service performed was a covered benefit. If you have more specific health insurance questions please feel free to ask me directly, I'll do my best!:)
