It can be worms or heat strokes. Check his body temperature if it is suffering from temperature or not. If yes, then it means it has heat strokes.
I think your dog is very small, so you need to take more care of its health. Many dogs suffer from such kind of diseases. Do not give it hard food as it can cause digestive problems. Give it proper pet food that is soft and digest able.
