What Is An Inbox?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

An inbox is where received emails are stored. To view emails, the inbox must be opened. An inbox will display the name of the sender, the subject title for the email, the date the email was received and the size of the email.

When a user loga into their email account, they will be able to see how many unread emails they have. The number of unread emails will be displayed in brackets.

Emails can be deleted from the inbox. This is done by ticking the box next to the emails that the user wishes to get rid of. When an inbox is full (there will be storage limits with email providers), emails will no longer be able to reach the recipient. In order to be able to receive emails again, the user must clear space within the inbox.
