Drink plenty of water and fluids. Rotate your head from side to side and front and back. Limit your stress. Take a warm bath. Go on a walk. Exercise. You can also push and hold on the spots of your head that hurt for a bit of relief. These may or may not help. You may just need to take some tylenol. Sorry you have a headache.

I can usually relieve them by laying in a dark room with an ice pack at the base of my skull and one on my forhead for about 20-30 minutes.
